Karaage Chicken Bao

Ingredients
8 chicken tenders
marindade
1 tbsp soy
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp ginger, julienne
½ tsp sesame oil
¾ cup potato starch
oil for deep frying
to serve
bao buns
cucumber
coriander
red onion
black and white sesame
japanese mayo
lemon wedge
Method
Place the chicken in soy marinade for at least 1 hour.
Coat tenders generously with potato starch – ensuring they are fully covered.
Shallow fry until golden.
Steam buns and serve with toppings.
