Ingredients

6 sausages
1kg potatoes
300ml cream
150g butter, melted
3 brown onions, sliced
2 tbs brown sugar
400ml beef stock
20g red wine vinegar
4 thyme sprigs
Black pepper
Sea salt
Red Island Olive oil

Method

Roast potatoes in a 180deg c oven until cooked through.

Heat the cream and butter until combined. Keep warm together.
